Return & Replacement Policy
At Beads n' Borders, customer satisfaction is our priority. While we do not offer returns or refunds for reasons other than product damage or wrong delivery, we are committed to resolving any genuine issues promptly.
✅ Eligibility for Replacement
We offer a free replacement under the following conditions:

You received a damaged product

You received the wrong item
-
You received a different size than what was ordered
Note: Minor manufacturing imperfections such as loose threads or slight color variation due to photography will not qualify for a return or replacement.
📦 Return/Replacement Process
To request a replacement:

Report the issue within 24 hours of receiving your parcel.

Share a 360° unboxing video that:

Starts from the sealed package
-
Clearly shows your name and address label
-
Clearly highlights the defect or issue
-
Is uncut, unedited, and recorded in good lighting

Requests without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.

The product must be in its original packaging

A receipt or proof of purchase is required

If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for sending the item back to our address
⏳ Replacement Timeframe
Once the damaged/wrong product is received and verified, a replacement will be issued within 7 days.

🚫 Not Considered Defects
Due to the nature of traditional and handcrafted products, some minor variations are expected and do not qualify as defects:

Small knots or thread bumps where threads are joined

Uneven threads connecting the border and body

Slubs (bundled threads common in weaving)

Minor gaps near woven motifs

Color bleeding on the pallu (common in powerloom sarees)

Loose threads in Bandhani sarees (from the tying/dyeing process)

Slight color variations due to lighting or device screen differences
Tip: If you're unsure about a product’s color or texture, feel free to contact us before placing your order for clarification.
🔄 How to Request a Return or Exchange
You may return your item in exchange for:

Store credit, or
-
Exchange for another product of equal or higher value
Steps to Initiate a Return:
